HARD EDGE began in 1991 using a press we made from 2x4's, plywood, and an old swivel chair. We worked out of a 120 square foot mule barn with only a few screens and lots of determination.

Today, HARD EDGE operates in a 20,000 square foot, fully-automated screenprint and embroidery facility. Our four M&R automated screenprinting presses includes one of the few 16-color machines in the region. Our embroidery department utilizes the latest high volume, state-of-the-art technology in the industry. This advanced equipment combined with our professional and experienced staff enables us to produce thousands of screened and hundreds of embroidered garments every shift.

HARD EDGE also offers you the largest number of options to meet all your decorating needs. As experts in four-color and simulated process printing, we can produce full color, photo-realistic images as well as offer up to 16 color spot printing. We, also, continually monitor the latest trends in specialty inks, embroidery, and applique. But HARD EDGE provides more than just custom wearables.
